Over Time and Early Over Time – This is the total working hours in excess of the normal working hours.

Over Time is the total hours worked after the official working hours.

Early Over Time is the total hours worked before the official working hours.

Round Up or Down – This is the rounding of minutes to be calculated as over time.

Round UP, the employee will get more OT hours. Round DOWN, the employee will get less OT hours.

Round – This is the interval of minutes to be rounded as over time.

Minimum Over Time – This is the required minimum number of minutes before it will be considered as over time.
